Ep. 82 - Do NO SCREENS Really Help Kids?

I had had it with my kids - their behavior was too much for me so I told them no more screens - FOR A MONTH! When we got back from our vacation we took all tablets, TVs, Nintendo, phones, everything with a screen away and we lasted 3 whole weeks. Today we're sharing the pros and cons from the experiment and if it really changed our kids' behavior. We're also sharing 5 tips for better screen time when you do have your kids use screens.
