In 2019, Charisma was named one of South Florida's Most Powerful Black Business Leaders by Legacy Magazine. Charisma is a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Women in Technology International, FemCity, and National Black Professional Lobbyists Association. She is the Chair of the FlyFaith Foundation and a founding board member of the National Black Business League. Charisma is wife to a superman and mother to three world changers.
