Dr. Sarah Neitzel is a board certified podiatric surgeon who grew up in Northern CA and attended medical school and residency in Chicago. She currently owns both a private practice and medical nail spa business in Silverdale WA and has been in practice almost a decade. In 2021, Dr. Sarah recognized the need for doctors to maintain a presence in medicine utilizing doctor owned private practices as opposed to large corporate healthcare employment. She became committed to helping other private practice owners scale their practices with business strategies and creative solutions to massively increase their profits and ability to serve their community. Thus, Visionary Practice Solutions was formed, which is a coaching and business consulting program to help practice owners do just that.
