(careful not to just tell the stories of old dead white men) (help students identify lines where personal freedoms and societal ethics converge) Behavioral- teach positive behavior in how students attend school, follow expectations, and treat others. Emotional- The feeling of security. Social- the act of students participating in a community of people, following social norms, and monitoring and adjust their interactions in new settings.
