Burn out isn't just work related. Burn out can also mimick depression and anxiety or at the least emphasise it. You are not a machine and can't do it all so stop trying. Accept that you can be burned out by overextending who you are. You are NOT defined by the role that you play in life. You get no special awards for burning the midnight oil all week. It also breeds hostility towards others who you perceive find joy in their life.
