Don't be afraid to speak up, you're going to mess it up and it's going to hurt. Don't be afraid to face your ancestry. It's going to hurt. You're going to cry. Do NOT ask Black people to pass you the Kleenex. I come from po' white crackers. My family picked cotton and vegetables in the Deep South. They competed with and caused harm to Black people.
