Ep #85: How to Combat Work Stress

from Living Your Path · host Cecile Fery: Career and Life Coach for Women

Work stress is the new epidemic, and few of us are immune to it. So in this episode we deep dive into what work stress really is, and where it comes from. You will understand both the conscious and unconscious roots of your stress reactions, and how to bring yourself back to a neutral place. This is a big part of our mental health, and it requires awareness and grounding practices so we maintain the quality of life we aspire to. A lot of it is within our control, and I show you what in this episode. Please share this episode with anyone you know you can benefit from this knowledge (which is probably a lot of people!). More awareness will bring collectively less stress around our workplaces. I would also love it if you could leave me a review if this episode helped you - thank you. Reminder: my 2024 Personal Goals & Guidance Session is still available, at a very affordable fee, to set your direction for the year.
