Joseph VenturaAboutI am an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional with 20+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition. It has taken me a long time to develop the skillset I have, but it has been well worth the journey, and I believe I can bring creative and effective recruiting strategies and knowledge to any organization. Throughout my life, I have had many ups and downs. I look forward to any opportunity I have to showcase my abilities and help someone in need, personally or professionally. Human Resources and Recruiting are two of my greatest passions in life and I want to continue to help others achieve success in life. I have worn many different hats in my career including, Human Resources Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Onboarding Manager. As my experience grows in these areas, so does my love for HR and Talent Acquisition.
