EP. 85 Too Old For This

Better Than Average, the return of Adam Delderfield. This week Cyber Security Expert and Professional Dog Trainer Adam Delderfield is back with news from across the channel. We get deep into some MMA chat, everything from Tate Rousey to Moicano vs Saint Denis. We talk about how to spar with higher belts on the BJJ mat and we get some professional advice about French Bulldogs. Not what you hoped for? Never fear, we relive our favourite moments from an 80’s classic and deliver not one, but two fresh movie recommendations. Is the sequel better than the first? Hard to say, it’s definitely Better Than Average.
