He rebuilt a second career in animation, from Saturday morning staples like G.I. Joe to an Emmy for Spawn and one of his proudest credits, Dead Space: Downfall.We also talk about his late collaborator Gerry Conway, the co-creator of Justice League Detroit, and what it means to watch a generation of readers reconsider work that was once torn apart on arrival.
