Today, we're drinking with...King Kong. To make the Skull Island Colossus, you'll need: • 1½ oz dark rum• ½ oz overproof rum• 1 oz coconut cream• 1 oz pineapple juice• ½ oz fresh lime juice• ½ oz banana liqueur• 2 dashes Angostura bitters• banana slice for garnishInstructions1. Fill a shaker with ice.2. Add dark rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, banana liqueur, and bitters.3. Shake well until chilled.4. Pour into a large rocks glass or tiki mug filled with crushed ice.5. Float the overproof rum on top.6. Garnish with a banana slice.
