He has written a number of books on the subject including Explore Fairy Traditions  which won Katharine Briggs Award and the more recent Cloven Country: The Devil and the English Landscape Jeremy's new book Fairy Encounters in Medieval England: Landscape, Folklore and the Supernatural is a really great read. It's entertaining and wittily written. Supernatural encounters from primary source material are tied together throughout the chapters and also include stories related to documented miracles. The second half covers fairy-related place names in the English landscape.
