Barb was born and raised in a small town called St. Ignace in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. She is the youngest of 8 kids, whose parent’s integrity and work ethic are at the core of her success today. After obtaining her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management with a focus on human resources, Barb spent over a decade in higher education working in both talent acquisition and professional development. In 2016, she seized upon an opportunity to embark on a new journey as she entered the world of consulting and continued her family’s legacy of entrepreneurship when she founded REO Consulting. Barb is a big yogini, an avid cyclist and skier, enjoys traveling and a fabulous glass of wine, and loves spending time with her family and friends.
