Ep. 9 Big Block

from Breathing Out · host Ty Tallman

Happy Holidays to all! Just last week I had the chance to speak with the Amazing Alfonso Gonzalez AKA BIG BLOCK. I first came across his instagram page a few months back and was drawn to his insane Japanese body suit(tattoo) then quickly saw this guy was on a fitness war path. He's worked along side and with people like Chris Bell from Documentary Bigger Stronger Faster, Emmanuel Thompson, Rick Brown, Eric Doyle, Lou Ramirez, and Mike Furnas. His story is absolutely incredible and worth your time. Had a great time and glad to have met a new friend. Enjoy! Follow Big Block on his instagram @bigblockgamc and Facebook (15) TEXAS MACE GIANT | Facebook My good buddy Sean Miller is the master mind behind all the album art for the show. You can connect with him through his Instagram page @post_productsean! If you're interested in donating or getting involved with a good cause that helps foster children and the homeless check out my good friend Kelly Brandon's Charity gracewithinme.org

Here, they’ve teamed up to bring you a podcast where they interview a guest who passionately defends something universally hated, misunderstood, forgotten, overlooked, Mandela-effected, canceled—you name it. The key? They LOVE it. From toupees... to B-movies... to aliens, psychedelics, and the occasional surprise character, Sasha and Joe are here to spread love to the world that birthed them (but maybe should’ve used protection). So come and get that love because no one else will give it to you like we do.Also, don’t forget to check out the Patreon Bonus version of the show:https://www.patreon.com/c/ShutUpILoveItP Explicit The Zack Arnold Podcast Zack Arnold If you want to make things that matter, I want to help you.
