Ep. 9: Chett's Carnivore Diet Experiment

from The Fitness Experiment · host The Fitness Experiment

This week we talk about my (Chett) ongoing experiment with the carnivore diet. I've completely removed all vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, wheat and breads, processed goods, drinks, everything! I share some of the profound benefits I've experienced after only ONE WEEK! We also share some stories of other people reversing and even curing chronic illnesses with the carnivore diet, particularly those with autoimmune conditions. We will share how and why that is! We talk about HOW this way of eating can be beneficial. Interestingly, it has to do with the removal of many "plant toxins". These defence chemicals found within plants that can trigger inflammatory responses in humans!  Shocked? We were too. Take a listen and let us know what you think about this paradigm shifting concept. Enjoy!
