David Garner is a property investor with over 15 Years in the industry.Despite turbulent schooling, David began his first venture into property working on finance, mortgages and then finally advising on property sales. In 2010 David found an opportunity in USA by way of purchasing non-performing mortgages from US banks post-global financial crisis and has since only been investing in that across the pond.
