Dr. Philip Chang MD is an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Trauma Burns and Critical Care and Acute Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College. He’s also an Assistant Attending  surgeon at New York Presbyterian Hospital. He's a double board-certified surgeon and critical care intensivist. He also specializes in the treatment of burns of all types for adults and children as well as surgical critical care burn reconstruction laser treatment of burn scars and selected skin condition.
