Ep. 9—FLOODLIGHT: Hoodwinked
from The WAYWA Podcast Hosted by The WAYWA Podcast
Ready to get weird? Phil and Ben’s discussion of one of the weirdest movies out there should do the trick. It’s time for a FLOODLIGHT deep dive into Hoodwinked! They look at this movie at every level: Its bizarre storyline, its memorable characters, its bafflingly bad animation, and its hilarious one-liners. Oh, and don’t forget the original songs that oddly turn this movie into a musical. Do any of these songs (like “Be Prepared” or “The Schnitzel Song”) get sung on the podcast? You’ll have to listen to find out. Then, this week’s edition of WAYWA includes Phil’s synopsis of WandaVision. They guys also talk about where the Marvel Cinematic Universe is headed with content like this, and whether that’s a good thing.
