We all crave connection...some moments more than others. ;) As someone who navigates the world as a highly sensitive person (HSP) as well as healing through my attachment traumas, I go through times of craving true authentic connection and other times when I need a serious dose of all by myselfness. And I've learned that both ends of the spectrum and everything in between are all ok...the key is learning to communicate my needs and allowing others in my life an opportunity to feel connected through my authenticity of what is true for me in the moment. The balance is in allowing my nervous system to feel safe when I'm expressing my needs and not making the other person wrong for their needs if they happen to be different than mine. There are so many layers to how we connect intentionally and in a meaningful way,
