In this episode we were pleased to host Tracy Porter. Tracy Porter was James' first employer whenever he was 15 years old. Tracy is an owner/operator landscape construction and light construction contractor.  We talked about prioritizing your health as a blue collar worker, lessons learned through the years of landscaping, and dug into what it can be like as a self employed small business owner.
