Ep. 9: Jam Alas
from Now Steaming: Conversations on Tsinoy Life
From the moment Stan first heard Jam on the radio, he knew that he wanted to be friends with her because of how fun and relatable her on-air persona sounded! The longtime friends talked about how they first met and that just set off multiple tangents that mostly delved into Jam's advocacies from being a woman in the entertainment industry, to fitting into the Magic 89.9 mold, to creating safe spaces, to voter registration! It's exactly the type of conversation you'd want to be a fly on the wall for and it's on deck!
