Ep. 9 Judge Not?

Our job is to accept and love others (and ourselves) exactly as they are...my brain FREAKS OUT when I hear this! Does yours too? I think change wont happen with acceptance. But has anyone ever had lasting change when they felt unaccepted? We are afraid to accept someone as they are because we are afraid that we are accepting/condoning the “bad” behavior. So in turn we judge them which is in a way accepting/condemning them as bad. There is no hope or healing felt when we judge someone. We are in fact denying the power and purpose of the Atonement of Christ.
