Hi everyone and welcome to Showing Up 2.0! We’ve taken a few weeks off to reflect on our content so far, and we’ve decided to have a little shuffle. Dedicated to trying new things and pushing ourselves to be more present, we will still be taking up a new challenge every month but you can hear all about this once a month as a fun little bonus episode. As a result, our weekly episodes will consist of talking more about the things we love and topics that interest and inspire us in a much more relaxed and freeform style.
