ep. 9 Off the cuff

from Comic Jocks & Mental Blocks

The two lads chat us through their week, however basic it may have been. Kevin started his new block of training and seems to have enjoyed the first days workout (even though he hasn't been in since) Liam asks Kevin how he feels he's recovering and how his head is doing outside of the gym and if the gym is helping mood in any way, shape or form. The lads seem to do the usual towards the end then and go on a massive tangent on their questions to each other, but hey, that's what we're all here for, right? Enjoy the episode as this first macro block of Kevin's training nears an end... Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
