Ep. 9 - The Happening

What's happenin'! This week, we sat down and watch M. Night Shyamalan's 2008 movie about spooky wind, "The Happening! (Not Elliot Silverstein's "The Happening," which was about hippies I guess?) While Marky Mark and Zoe Deschanel run away from...gusts, the boys talk about chemical signaling from plants, diffusion, and Pace gives us a run down on neurotransmitters! We also put 2017 on BLAST. NEXT TIME we're gonna watch James Cameron's "Avatar," and TRY to find something to talk about, releasing in time for Valentine's Day! Hit us up with questions on twitter (@reelsciencecast) or at [email protected]!
