Welcome back everyone! I accidentally picked two A24 films this week that are some of the most emotionally devastating films I could have covered for the podcast today, whoops! Both of these films are some of my favorites of all time and they are also unique because of their focus on the perspectives of children, a viewpoint that's often trivialized in scriptwriting and one that is rarely the focal point, especially in films centered towards adults. As always, there are light spoilers and I kept them lighter than usual for an episode, these two films are just so special that I don't want to enjoy anyone's experience watching them.
