Ep. 9 Wesley Wells (part 2)

Wesley Wells spent a career at Albany Fire Department before retiring as captain. Wesley is a great leader and teacher who I greatly respect. A man dedicated to doing the right thing, the right way. He held the people around him to a high level of accountability, but none higher than he held to himself. A leader who was never shy to speak out on the issues he saw in order to do the right thing and keep people safe. Following in his father’s footsteps, he spent a lifetime in the fire service and the accumulated knowledge he has on the subject would be hard to quantify. I could talk with Wesley for hours on end and I’m honored he came back to talk with me for a second time. Join me in welcoming, Captain Wesley Wells (retired).
