Ep #90 A discussion of the inception chart of this Radio Station

I have been asked to look at a natal/birth/inception chart for this radio station which posses lots of interesting questions to an Astrologer! Which Date and Time to use? Like a persons natal chart, first breath/cutting the cord/ crowning etc?? Once you have decided on a chart what do the planets/houses actually relate too?
