He was a Canadian Anesthesiologists’ Society Career Scientist Award recipient aimed at enhancing analgesia and anesthesia for women and high-risk pregnancies. He is an Associate Editor for the Canadian Journal of Anesthesia and the International Journal of Obstetric Anesthesia.
