Ep. 90 - It Began As Fun featuring Muphin

from Beers Beats & The Biz Hosted by Beers Beats & The Biz

We are honoured to be joined by the legendary, Muphin for the 90th instalment of Beers, Beats & The Biz. From the discovery of RUN DMC via his older brother to the formation of the Puah Hedz (alongside Draino and DJ FX) and on to solo success and his eventual teaming with Plutonic Lab - Muph breaks down his crazy journey. We talk the rise of Muph & Plutonic as well individual songs like Paracetamol and the success of Heaps Good, being nominated for an ARIA, publishing and festival money, the influence of Obese Records and the sobering reality of going back to work. Muph is one of the voices that shaped hip hop in this country and we can’t thank him enough for his time and conversation. Support our Patreon and find us on IG @beersbeatsthebiz.
