Ep. 90 - The Buyer/Tenant Broker Agreement: Get it signed!

On today’s Real estate Finder podcast, Staci Garcia asks, “My rental client used me and abused me and then said they found another property with someone else. But they signed the Buyer/Tenant Broker Agreement (twice, once for each Contract to Lease), so what can I do?”   I’d like to make them “feel the pain” as one of my favorite clients likes to say. Especially in this situation because these rental clients knew I have a child with cancer and I was extremely tight for time.
