Ep. 92: Star Wars Poetry Returns

We catch up with Curtis Smith from the Instagram account Star Wars Poetry. He was one of my first guests when i started the podcast portion of this venture two years ago, and when he recently mentioned on his channel that he wanted to make the rounds again, i wanted to get my name on the list. since that first foray of his that combined his short style haiku and limericks, along with collaborations with sketch card artists, making an awesome use of the Instagram format, he has added video readings and reels on Instagram which are another and creative way to repurpose the content. We had a great conversation, he of course had some poems to read and i think has some great insight into using the social platforms, not only for a way to grow the audience, but cultivate an active one.
