I'm a contrarian investor with over two years of experience in the stock market. I've now been through at least one market cycle and that is enough to feel confident giving strangers financial advice. I live by the words of the late Charlie Munger, who famously said you make money sitting on your butt.  I go against the common folk who say you shouldn't try to time the market. Screw that nonsense.
