Ep. 93 - Advertising Other Broker’s Listing’s and Unrepresented Buyers

Can a real estate agent advertise another Broker’s listings?  Absolutely, that is your job as an agent.  To sell, and other Broker’s listing are your inventory. But there are some pitfalls to be aware of.  Sometimes you need permission.  Sometimes you do not. And you always need to credit the Listing Broker. Also, what happens when a Buyer calls you directly and does not want a commission?  In Florida, as a real estate agent this is a cause for celebration.  But many Buyers do not understand how the listing agent is paid in this situation.
