She got started in the baby farming business for the money, and soon ramped up her work for the love of the game. And yes, baby farming is exactly as fucked up as the name would imply. While the exact number of Dyer's victims is unknown, it's entirely possible that she was the most prolific serial killer of all time, or at least in England. Enjoy!
