She is founder and co-teacher of Deep South Dharma's Practice Group. She teaches occasional retreats in other settings and is a Licensed Professional Counselor for TN and MS. She has previous experience as a trauma specialist and program director in residential trauma treatment, and has worked for many years to help people free themselves from the tyranny of preferences through wise and ethical practice.
