Ep 94--Cash is not always king!

Here's the deal, most people look at cash offers and think to themselves, I can always get a better deal--that's just not the case . The truth is a good financed offer is just as good as if not better than cash. Why? Well, seller's know if they accept a financed offer then they are likely to get a higher offer.
