Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Trudge Report. We kick off the show with a quick recap of how everyone's Thanksgiving was, along with some underrated and overrated takes on Thanksgiving food. The bulk of the episode surrounds the message we are sharing in recovery groups. Is it a message that should instill hope and courage in the newcomer or warning the newcomer about how hard sobriety is? Maybe it is a combination of both. If we bring the doom and gloom in a share, are we obligated to end on a positive note or bring a solution to the table? What is the message that will help keep the newcomer in recovery? These are some of the questions we tackle in this episode. We then switch to one of Cory's favorite topics, gratitude.
