As of 2022, there is stil no real union that comedians have largely organized behind and, as such, fairness and equity for labor in comedy is one of its most critical issues (and is connected to inclusivity, access, safety, etc.). Intrepid LA indie comedy producer Erik Abriss and TCB's Jake Kroeger get into the thick of these intersections of comedy, labor, representation, and really trying to figure some sort of North Star to look for and follow to a better future in comedy.
