from Backstage with Becca B. Hosted by Becca Brown
On this episode I talked with Jisel about when she realized she wanted to be a theatre performer, when she realized the she could in fact make a career out of being an actress/singer/dancer, her college experience and how she ended up getting her BA in Theatre Arts at California State Fullerton, why Cosette in Les Miserables has been one of favorite regional theatre roles, her audition for Waitress On Tour and her reaction when she learned she booked the role of Jenna, her favorite song to sing in the show, how she stays healthy while traveling on the road and performing multiple times a week, what Jenna would have been up to during the pandemic, her dream role on stage (we’re manifesting Jisel as Eurydice in Hadestown), self-confidence, her idea to auction off art and donate money to charities (follow Jisel for more information), and MUCH MORE.
