Thanks for tuning in to the Real Women Chronicles podcast. I am your international certified life coach, T. Audra Taylor. The sole purpose of this podcast is to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.

Yes, it's time to break chains and to get unstuck. Thanks again for joining in. Let's begin. Hello, and thank you all for joining me yet again.

Another week of the Real Women Chronicles podcast. I am your host, certified life and relationship coach. I go by the name of Coach T. Listen, thank you so much for each and every one of you who have already jumped on board and ordered your break up to break through journal.

I know I've been talking about it for the last several weeks now, just promoting it. The release date is this Friday, April 2nd. So all of you who have pre-ordered the journal on my website just know that they will be shipping out this Friday. Okay, no exceptions.

So keep in mind that there is another option. Well, actually I'm changing the option on my website to where you all can order it direct from Amazon as well. So many of you may click on the link and you may be directed to Amazon. So Amazon will definitely let you know when the journal will ship to your area.

I really like the Amazon feature because Amazon's on point in my area. I don't know about you guys' area. I live in Maryland, but Amazon is on point. If they say it's going to be there on Friday, not time to attend, it will be there on Friday.

So I really wanted to utilize their shipping methods and their printing methods as well for the journal. So that being said, the breakup and breakthrough journal dropping this Friday, if you are going through a breakup, if you know someone who is, whether it's a breakup, a divorce, or whether you're just looking to really, really start over from that last relationship and it could have been a year or more ago. This journal was made just for you. Okay?

So make sure you order your copy. That being said, let me go ahead and jump into this week's podcast. I've entitled this podcast, Contagious Emotions. Okay?

I kind of wanted to talk about how contagious emotions can be because I'm sure many of us have experienced the feeling that you get when you're surrounded by someone who has negative emotions or they're angry about something and they take it out on you or you find yourself wearing those emotions that they have. See, it's important to acknowledge that your emotions can correspond with the emotions of those people around you. Emotional states are as infectious as a disease. How have you ever noticed how a person's energy can enter the room way before they do?

You can be in a workplace, right? And you can feel the anger of the president way before he starts yelling at someone else. I know working in corporate America for many, many years, I've been somewhat of a person who could feel the emotions of others around me. And if you are an empath like myself, you can potentially feel the emotions of others as if they were coming from you direct.

See, we often are exposed to different emotions and many times we have little to no control over it. For example, you're in traffic and you get the finger of that speed racer who deems you to be such a terrible driver or again, we get in corporate America or we get around that coworker who constantly complains about the stress of the workplace and they want you to join in. We expose ourselves sometimes willingly to the toxic emotions of other people. We subject ourselves to the anger and madness that that man or woman brings into the relationship and somehow we think that their anger and madness is not transferable.

But see, this week, y'all, I'm here to shed some light on this topic and I'm here to let you know that that anger and madness that you're dealing with with that mate or that close friend or that close relative, it is transferable. I'm here to tell you that. It's important that we understand that anger, jealousy, depression, I mean any emotion, whether it's self-pity, low self-esteem, et cetera, can all transfer into us if we choose to surround ourselves around those people who possess those emotions. Listen, whenever we're repeatedly hearing negativity, it gets into a subconscious mind.

Repetition breeds habit, meaning if you're constantly allowing negative words and emotions to seep into your subconscious mind, they begin to take root there. You begin to mirror those exact same emotions that that fine mate or family member has. Listen, protecting your peace is not only an inner battle, it's also an outer battle as well. An outer battle that will sometimes involve you eliminating the people, places and things that disturb your spirit and your emotions.

Now I know that this is sometimes easier said than done, but I want you to take a look at the people you were with more often than not and ask yourself, do you want to carry their emotions? If you do great, you've found your healthy tribe and that's a wonderful thing. If not, there is some distance that may need to take place in order for you to protect yourself from their infectious thought processes. Now listen, I do understand that we cannot always shield ourselves from other people's emotions.

I get that. But we also don't want to be in the line of fire day in and day out, especially if we could choose to not expose ourselves to that. Everyone is not called to take on the emotions of the world. That is a battle that many are not equipped to combat.

And if you are, that's a wonderful thing. Welcome to the world of a life coach. But if not, if other people's emotions tend to be infectious to you, it's time you take the necessary precautions to ensure that you don't infect it. If you're out here concerned about vaccinating our bodies, listen, I'm more concerned about you protecting yourself and vaccinating your soul.

Emotions and the soul are all interconnected at all. You have to protect that. Any means necessary, you have to protect that. So if any of you out there, if you are struggling with depression, if you are struggling with, and I'm talking about situational depression, not chemically induced depression, if you are suffering from depression, if you find yourself just feeling drained and angry and upset, if you find yourself feeling low, check who you're surrounded by.

Have you caught this disease from someone else? Have you caught this spiritual entanglement from somebody else that you like a little too close to you for comfort? It's a possibility that you have. It's a possibility that you have.

And the great news is, it's possible that it wants you to eliminate that entanglement that you have with that person. You may set yourself free. Okay? So that's all I have for this week.

Again, break up to break through journal is dropping April 2nd. Listen, I'm going to spend the majority of April talking about relationships. I want to even do a breakup series, which is not going to be just a one week, 10 to 15 minute podcast. I mean, I want to go in depth about break ups and relationships and overcoming the ending of a relationship within the next, I would say four to six weeks.

I really want to do this. So that being said, if you are struggling with a breakup, stay tuned into these podcasts. I really believe that this journal combined with the breakup series that I'm about to drop on this podcast will really, really, really help you in your healing process. Okay?

Now, as always, let's go ahead and close out and pray your Father God. I just thank you for allowing us to come together yet again, another week, Father God. Thank you for just strengthening us both physically and mentally, Father God. I pray that you guard our soul from being tainted from those that have been sent to only drain us, Father God.

Those individuals that have been sent to deter us from our purpose, Father God. Protect us, Father God. And do not allow any weapon that is formed to prosper. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray.

Amen. Listen, if you would like to be a guest on the podcast, if you are interested in coaching and if you would like to order that breakup to break through journal, log on to my website, the website is theRWCpodcast.com. I will also leave my website link in the bio of this podcast. Again, theRWCpodcast.com.

There's also ways on there that you can contact me as well and just to leave a comment if you like. So go ahead and check out that website. Okay. Next week, I pray that all of you guys that are celebrating the Easter holiday, I pray that you guys have a great Easter.

Stay blessed, stay positive. I love you guys. Until next week. Bye.
