EP 98: Listen, Sis: Don’t Be a Punk to Yourself

Did you know that you talk to yourself more than anyone else? What are you saying to you? So many of us are talking to ourselves like we would never talk to someone that we love. We’re being punks to ourselves, bullies even, and it has to stop. We have to pay attention to what we’re saying to ourselves and speak true things instead of lies. TRUTH: Psalm 13:1-6 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 Philippians 4:8-9 YOUR CHALLENGE: Stop being a punk to yourself. Pay attention to what you are saying to you. Tell yourself to STOP IT when you’re being a bully. Bring your thoughts to God. Be honest with him. He already knows. Speak truth back to the lies. Find verses in the Bible that are true about you and speak them to you.
