Do you ever see examples of your work out in the real world and wonder if anybody else notices? That's how I am when it comes to speaking. I see incredible examples of public speaking out in everyday life not happening on a stage and always feel compelled to share the lessons I take away from those scenarios with my audience. Recently, one of those places was in a spin class I started taking.
