from Small Changes Big Shifts

Randy Floyd is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and Founder of Midwest Anxiety. Randy has been practicing since 2009 and is known for providing "real life" help to children, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression and negative thoughts or feelings. This "real life" help comes from the fact that Randy does not practice out of a traditional office but instead goes to peoples natural environments like their school, home or sporting event. This approach to psycho-therapy helps Randy to not only get the most of his own life but those he treats life as well as he is able to better connect with them socially and emotionally. Randy is a firm believer in embracing all that life throws at you by accepting the struggles and accomplishments and learning as learning how to deal with both is equally important. Randy is also the founder of Be Kind Kansas and is creating a movement by inspiring others to be kind to one another by spreading goodness and kindness. This movement is being implemented all over Kansas for people of all ages as Randy believes we all have the ability to be kind and make a difference.
