A cricket captain as a nine year old Emily Windsor has thrived on the pressure ever since, especially in 2021 working for the Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust and steering the Southern Vipers home to victory in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint trophy final. Now 24, Emily talks about how she mixes working as a physiotherapy apprentice with children in a Covid environment, playing high level women’s cricket for the Southern Vipers and in 2021, for the Trent Rockets in ‘The Hundred’, studying at Sheffield’s Hallam University as well as her media work with the BBC.
