Some of our processes serve us well, and others, well... not so much.But it's so important to understand your processes and patterns and to be patient and compassionate toward yourself with them. They have been around for a long time and they came to be for a reason!!Once you understand your processes, you can course-correct and make little tweaks (question your limiting beliefs and Stories, etc) to better support you, but you can also soften and accept that a lot of your processes are just part of how you're wired.
