Ep.99: League football - finally.

A lively discussion where the return of the leagues for 2023/2024 season. The EPL, La Liga, Ligue 1 all began. The marquee game was the Chelsea vs Liverpool which ended in a score draw (1-1). This match was thoroughly dissected by the panel including the other games, the new officiating rules & the raft of major injuries to some key players. We had David Olayinka (the fitness coach for Sporting Lagos)in our midst. He discussed his journey and some methods fitness wise that Sporting Lagos used to win Super 8 and also how quickly the team has grown. We rounded up with the NBA Hall of Fame, 2023 inductees(Paul Gasol, Dirk Nowitziki, Tony Parker, Greg Popovich, Becky Harmon, Dwayne Wade, etc.) All these were discussed with Ay, Oluwasegun,David Olayinka and Ibukun'(the host).
