One goal of The People v. Podcast is to educate you about your rights and the law with lively discussions around important and practical legal topics.  The other goal of the podcast is to investigate true crime cases. Cedric operated a law practice that was focused on investigating post-conviction criminal cases where he would conduct extensive investigations in order to either overturn a conviction or reduce a prison sentence. The podcast will serve the same purpose: we'll be discussing true crime cases but with a focus on cases where something can actually be done on the case.
