Description: In times where isolation and social distancing seem to keep us further and further apart from each other, a safe space, a place where we belong, where we connect truly,madly,deeply(I'm a 90s kid what can I say) is what so many of us seem to crave for. Based on that idea, the soft yard was born, and the aim is to create a container to have uncomfortable, uneasy and difficult conversations, we're all dying to have, but are too scared to show up for. I would like to invite you, to come listen, relate and realize that underneath it all, we're more similar than we like to think. And we're much more likely to bond through our so called soft spots, than pretending we've got it all figured out.   So What does it mean to walk the soft yard? I think being soft is about keeping your heart open and leading with compassion, rather than bitterness. It means to choose kindness and care, even though your heart is scarred and your mind is scared. Its about leading with courage and vulnerability, because one cant go without the other, when we were told that they are the polar opposites of the spectrum.
