Summary
The year is coming to an end and I found myself reflecting. I thought this would be a great way, to let you in on my journey this year. To be vulnerable, with what I found challenging and also to allow myself be proud of everything I have accomplished this year. I'm super grateful to wrap up this turbulent 2021, full of growth and am looking forward to the most amazing year ahead. 2022 come at me. I AM READY Spoiler alert, this is not another new years resolution episode, yet simply taking a moment for reflection, to let everything land in my body once more, whats been happening this year, to be able to go full steam ahead for the new year. To remind myself, that I've overcome things this year, I thought I wouldnt be able to go past and that I am capable of so much more, than I seem to give myself credit for, in the testing times. And through that I hope I can inspire you to see, that you are just as capable, of achieving anything and everything you set your mind to and that you allow yourself to do. my year ends with a massive amount of gratitude, especially for you, the ones, that are listening and have supported me throughout this journey so far. I assure you, we are still in the take off period, I have big plans and I'm excited for you to be here for it. Thank you x The lifechanging man and podcast I'm referring to in this, is called father bronques and you can find him here and listen to make art not content, here

Ep. 1 - Walking the soft yard
Release Date: 09/15/2021
Description: In times where isolation and social distancing seem to keep us further and further apart from each other, a safe space, a place where we belong, where we connect truly, madly, deeply(I'm a 90s kid what can I say) is what so many of us seem to crave for. Based on that idea, the soft yard was born, and the aim is to create a container to have uncomfortable, uneasy and difficult conversations, we're all dying to have, but are too scared to show up for. I would like to invite you, to come listen, relate and realize that underneath it all, we're more similar than we like to think. And we're much more likely to bond through our so called soft spots, than pretending we've got it all figured out. So What does it mean to walk the soft yard? I think being soft is about keeping your heart open and leading with compassion, rather than bitterness. It means to choose kindness and care, even though your heart is scarred and your mind is scared. Its about leading with courage and vulnerability, because one cant go without the other, when we were told that they are the polar opposites of the spectrum. Come and join me in my very first episode, where I talk about, what it means for me, to be soft in today's society! Description: How can we manage to show up for ourselves? It's pretty simple, but it aint easy. With todays episode, I want to inspire you, how you can light a fire under your own butt, to reach higher and dream bolder and unpack what it is that inherently stops us, a lot of the times. How the things, that you used to think are your flaws, are most likely your unique superpower, can be turned into fuel that will get things off the ground and how you can reframe your mindset around them, to embrace everything about yourself fully, instead of constantly looking why the grass always seems to be greener on the other side. Ep. 3 - Do you even care?
Release Date: 10/14/2021
Description: After last weeks confession, I wanted to ensure I will follow up with todays episode and dive a little deeper into, what it takes to truly care about oneself? Do YOU, yeah YOU truly care about yourself? Or are you trying to get your validation and gratification fix externally? How do you expect others to care if you don't even care? What even is this thing, called self care? This episode will have a few harder truths but as always, I'll throw in gentle reminders, that its ok and there's no need to beat yourself up, if you haven't done better in the past and even if you fuck up in the future. I will talk about how to get to a point to feel and embody true self love and what are the reasons why we were lead to believe we aren't good enough. We're all human and we all have our flaws, but lets not take away from the upcoming episode about that in particular, shall we? Enjoy todays episode and as always connect with me on social media and sign up for my mail list - to know whats up, before everyone else does Connect with me: Website ‡ https://www.thesoftyard.com Instagram ‡ https://www.instagram.com/thesoftyard Twitter ‡ https://www.twitter.com/thesoftyard Facebook ‡ https://www.facebook.com/thesoftyard Subscribe to my Email Newsletter ‡ https://chipper-artist-2021.ck.page/550c8b527d Subscribe to my Podcast and leave a review Apple Podcast ‡ https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-soft-yard/id1588583283 Podchaser ‡ https://www.podchaser.com/podcasts/the-soft-yard-1979526 Google Podcast ‡ https://www.google.com/podcasts?feed=aHR0cHM6Ly9hbmNob3IuZm0vcy82NzliYzZiOC9wb2RjYXN0L3Jzcw==
